It is like prison-yard pointillism. A pin with tightly wrapped string at its tip is first dipped into a capful of India ink. Then, slowly and methodically, the pin penetrates the skin until the inky dots begin to take the shape of a heart and a skull, ingeniously connected to an eight ball by chains.
