The office of Sen. John E. Sununu, R-N.H., issued the following news release:
United States Senator John Sununu (R-NH) today (6/24) met with U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Secretary James B. Peake at the Manchester Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) in New Hampshire to discuss the need to expand care for New Hampshire veterans. Dr. Marc Levenson, Director of the VAMC, and Dr. Michael Mayo-Smith, VA New England Network Director, also attended the meeting.
Sununu issued the following statement at the conclusion of the early morning meeting:
