WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nevada, has introduced a bill (S. 3177) to "develop a policy to address the critical needs of Iraqi refugees."

The bill, introduced on June 23, was co-sponsored by Sens. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Massachusetts; Joseph R. Biden Jr., D-Delaware; Chuck Hagel, R-Nebraska; Gordon Smith, R-Oregon; and Dick Durbin, D-Illinois. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
