Focus on Folding

Have you ever tried to describe a folding style over the phone? The conversation usually goes something like this: "OK, take a sheet of paper so the long side is vertical. Now, fold it in half downwards, then in half again . . . no, the other direction . . . no, like the long side is now the shortest dimension . . . ummmm, you know what, why don't I fax you a sketch instead?"
