Thermal Energy International has started delivering "green" power to Fraser Papers through its ForEverGreen Energy Inc. service. The Ontario-based company said ForEverGreen, which allows clients to receive dean energy as a utility without having to buy Thermal Energy's systems, has begun delivering recovered waste heat to Fraser Papers's Thurso, QC, pulp mill as part of a six-year, CDN$3.75-million contract.
