COMING DOWN THE PIKE...

Anyone who lived through the '60s and remembers it undoubtedly had some experience-direct or otherwise-of tetrahydrocannabinol, the active ingredient in marijuana. The drug produces what many consider to be pleasant effects on the nervous system, the likely reason for its popularity. And that led to two general conclusions.
