Article: POLICE COMMISSIONER KELLY PRESIDES OVER HIGH SCHOOL FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, PUBLIC SAFETY GRADUATION CEREMONY

The New York City Police Department issued the following news release:

Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly today presented diplomas to 91 high-school seniors who completed their secondary education at the High School for Law Enforcement and Public Safety, the only high school in the nation dedicated to law enforcement and public safety training. Commissioner Kelly, Principal Diahann E. Malcolm and other HSLEAPS administrators and NYPD executive staff congratulated the graduates in a ceremony at Police Headquarters in Lower Manhattan.
