A: It's great that you're friends with Cool Hand Luke. Fittingly, what we've got here is a failure to communicate. Yes, your friend may have gained some muscle, but here's what else he likely gained: stomachaches and bad gas. And even if you wanted to try this eggcentric diet (sorry, couldn't resist), there seems to be one major roadblock: You have to decide how you want your eggs prepared for every meal.

Not to sound like Bubba talking about shrimp in Forrest Gump, but there's a mountain of choices: egg salad, omelets, ...
