On March 18, 2008, the Federal Communications Commission completed the auction of 1,099 licenses in the 698-806 MHz Band ("700 MHz Band") (Auction No. 73). After a preliminary review of the FCC long-form applications (FCC Form 601), the applications listed in Attachment A to this Public Notice were accepted for filing. Upon further review, we find that the applications listed in Attachment A are complete and conform to the Commission's rules.
