The office of Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, has issued the following news release:
United States Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and George Voinovich (R-OH) today announced that the Senate Appropriations Committee approved $250,000 for the Bowling Green State University Lake Erie Water Quality Remote Sensing Monitoring Project. The funds were included in the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Bill for Fiscal Year 2009
