MAPP survey helps CA practices increase profits

All CA firms are encouraged to take part in the latest Managing a Public Practice (MAPP) survey, conducted by the CICA and the provincial institutes/ordre. This survey gathers information from a wide range of firms of various sizes and returns it to all participants in the form of benchmark data that will help them better manage their practices and increase their profits.
This June's MAPP survey will focus on overall firm management and will look at sources of firm revenue, expenses as a percentage of revenue, billing practices and methods, and productivity measures (e.g., chargeable hours as a percentage of total hours).
