Himachal Pradesh has 7251 polling stations in total following the Delimitation process, said the Himachal Government in a news release:

Smt. Manisha Nanda, Chief Electoral Officer informed here today that according to the directions of Election Commission of India for rationalization and re-organization of polling stations, approval has been accorded to set up new polling stations in the State following the Delimitation process.

She said that, as a result of enforcing the notification of Delimitation Commission, as many as 1007 new polling stations have been approved to be set up, in addition to 6244 polling stations in all 68 assembly segments and 4 ...
