ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 30 -- Cheng-Yu Tsai of Taoyuan, Taiwan, has developed a mechanism for fastening disk drive.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A disk drive fastening mechanism includes a computer chassis, a first disk drive rack and a second disk drive rack. The computer chassis has a top cover and a base that are connectable to each other.
