Dr. James B. Bullard

Dr. James B. Bullard has been appointed president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis by that bank's board of directors. The appointment has been approved by the Federal Reserve Board. Bullard succeeds William Poole, who retired March 31 after serving in that position for 10 years.
