Article: Taiwanese Inventors Develop Toughness-Increased Phenolic Resin

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 1 -- Jeng-Chang Yang, Hon-Bin Chen and Chin-Yih Chen, all from Taoyuan County, Taiwan, and Chen-Chi Martin Ma of Hsinchu, Taiwan, have developed a phenolic resin.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A phenolic resin that increases its toughness by polydimethylsiloxane and a process of preparing the same is provided.
