This is the second annual issue that STEP has devoted to the intersection of design and business. As you'll see, we're looking at two separate aspects of this: external, client-facing issues related to the creative challenges we take on and the solutions we deliver; and internal, operational issues connected to the daily management of our own studios and organizations. A panel of experts has prepared great content for us in both areas. Here's a quick preview:
