It was really just an accident, but it led to a nearobsession for Paul Sahre. The designer and a friend were looking for a summer rental spot in Montauk, on the eastern end of Long Island, when they were taken to a modest-but intriguing and uncharacteristically well-designedproperty. The agent informed them it was a 'Leisurama" home. "When we heard that term, we looked at each other, and we said in unison, 'We'll take it,'" Sahre recalls.
