Washington, July 2 -- If you think that the festive season is the only time when your waistline expands, then here's something you should know: the much-awaited Saturdays can ruin all diet plans as during weekends people tend to gain more weight.
That's the conclusion of a new research, which found that study subjects on strict diet and exercise programs tend to lose weight more slowly than expected because they eat more on weekends than during the week.
