Gov. David Paterson, D-N.Y., issued the following press release:
Governor David A. Paterson today encouraged New York residents to stay in-state when traveling this summer, and take advantage of special travel packages offered through the "I Love NY" campaign. In addition to the ease with which New York residents can access all that the State has to offer, Governor Paterson cited public concern about the escalating costs of gasoline among the primary reasons to "Love New York" this summer.
