Creating global awareness in research and development

Brightwave has been commissioned by Unilever to create two e-learning programmes for its global research and development employees, focusing on open innovation and awareness.

The initial course, Open Innovation Awareness, aims to get employees thinking in a different way, explaining the need for change and providing distinctions between open and closed innovation in a Unilever context. The awareness programme is a precursor to the foundation module, which is more advanced and looks at how employees can put the concepts into practice more consistently.
