Article: South Korean Inventors Develop Toner Cartridge with Control Board

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 5 -- Sam-seok Choi of Suwon-si, South Korea, and Jeong-hun Pang of Yongin-si, South Korea, have developed an electrophotographic image forming device.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A toner cartridge has a control board mounted therein and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus using the same. The toner cartridge includes a toner tube having a mounting part on which a control board is mounted, a control board cover for covering the mounting part to mount the control board therein, and a sealing cover for sealing the toner tube."

The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,395,016 on July 1.
