In a famous scene from 1967's "The Graduate," family friend Mr. McGuire pulls Dustin Hoffman's Benjamin Braddock aside to share his take on the secret to future economic success.
"I want to say one word to you. Just one word," McGuire began.
"Yes, sir," replied Benjamin.
"Are you listening?"

Four decades later, that exchange may well be viewed as prescient - at least at Evansville-based Berry Plastics Corp., which more than doubled revenue to $3.4 billion in 2007, earning the company a spot at the top of IBJ's list of the largest private companies in Indiana.
