WASHINGTON, July 17 -- The House Homeland Security subcommittee on emerging threats, cybersecurity and science and technology conducted a hearing entitled "One Year Later - Implementing the Biosurveillance Requirements of the '9/11 Act," according to a committee notice published in the Congressional Record.
