Within days of incorporating in 2003, Gusto Games Ltd. scored its first contract. And from that point on, the computer and console game developer has been racking up business and awards.
But the upstart company needed a solid game plan if it wanted to go to the next level.
After the company opened its second studio in Derby, England, it seriously increased its recruiting needs. Making sure Gusto can handle its booming business while attracting top talent became top priority for managing director Simon Phillips.
