WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Rep. Bill Delahunt, D-Massachusetts, has introduced the Vietnam Education Foundation Amendments Act of 2008 (H.R. 6535), legislation that would "amend the Vietnam Education Foundation Act of 2000."
The bill was introduced on July 17. It was referred to the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
