ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 22 -- Eric Racoosin of Laguna Niguel, Calif., and Jeff Timper of San Clemente, Calif., have developed an ornamental design for a wine bottle shaped illumination device for guest check presenters, menus, and wine lists, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.
The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. D573,739 on July 22.
