The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel held a hearing today to receive an update on the implementation of the Army Medical Action Plan and to investigate current staffing shortfalls at Army Warrior Transition Units (WTU). Congressman John M. McHugh (R-NY), Ranking Republican for the subcommittee, released the following opening statement:
