REP. MCHUGH OPENING STATEMENT FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL SUBCOMMITTEE HEARING ON ARMY MEDICAL ACTION PLAN

Rep. John M. McHugh, R-N.Y. (23rd CD), issued the following statement:

The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel held a hearing today to receive an update on the implementation of the Army Medical Action Plan and to investigate current staffing shortfalls at Army Warrior Transition Units (WTU).
