Exercise decreases inflammation, facilitates wound healing

The benefits of exercise to wound healing have been linked for the first time to decreased inflammation, according to a study that was conducted in mice at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and published in the American Journal of Physiology: Regulatory, Integrative and Comparative Physiology.
