WASHINGTON, July 21 -- The Government Accountability Office issued a series of ten bid protest decisions associated with concerns raised by potential government contractors over the award of federal contracts. This week, the GAO's general counsel, which handles the bid protests, issued ten bid protest decisions. Three protests were sustained, seven were denied/dismissed:
