Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a frequent hematological malignancy, with meningeal or peripheral nerve infiltrations being the most commonly encountered neurological complications, albeit rare. [1] Miller-Fisher syndrome (MFS) is an immune-mediated inflammatory neuropathy, characterized by acute onset of ophthalmoplegia, ataxia and areflexia.
