Miller-Fisher syndrome associated with chronic lymphocytic leukemia

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a frequent hematological malignancy, with meningeal or peripheral nerve infiltrations being the most commonly encountered neurological complications, albeit rare.
