Take the initiative to succeed as a new company member.

In many ways, a young dancer's first year or two in a company can be the most difficult. A few years ago I formed Pennsylvania Ballet's second company to give young dancers the opportunity to learn what it means to not only take company class every day and work hard, but to be on their feet for six hours a day and to develop as dancers and individuals.
