Injured? Don't despair-repair.
Injuries happen. But regardless of whether it's a minor injury or one requiring several months of recuperation, healing should be the first priority. What dancers do during the recovery period has a big impact on how quickly and effectively they get back to dancing.
Luckily, the discipline that's required to prepare dancers for a professional career sets them up for successful recoveries.
