Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich. (1st CD), issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Bart Stupak (D-Menominee) testified today before the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Fisheries, Wildlife and Oceans on the need to expand the boundary of Lake Huron's Thunder Bay Marine Sanctuary. In the congressional hearing, Stupak urged the subcommittee's members to pass his legislation, H.R. 6204, the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary and Underwater Preserve Boundary Modification Act.
