ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 25 -- Samir G. Lehaff of Portola Valley, Calif., and Jens Ulrik Skakkebaek of Mountain View, Calif., have developed a mobile communications conducting method.
An abstract of the invention, released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, said: "A method for facilitating incoming and outgoing calls in a mobile communication system using a server or software located on a third-party server is provided.
