The office of Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., issued the following news release:
Today, Nebraska's Senator Ben Nelson sent a letter to the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Michael Leavitt, and the Director of the Indian Health Service (IHS), Robert McSwain, expressing great concern over IHS's questionable management and their disservice to the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska as they struggle to overcome past accounting problems.
