ROBERT C. BYRD CENTER FOR LEGISLATIVE STUDIES AT SHEPHERD TO PRESENT CONSTITUTION DAY LECTURE

Shepherd University issued the following news release:

As part of Constitution Day 2008 at Shepherd University, Donald A. Ritchie, associate historian of the United States Senate, will present "If Not Perfect, At Least Excellent: The Constitution and Elections" at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17 in the Robert C. Byrd Center for Legislative Studies Auditorium. This is the fourth annual Tom E. Moses Memorial Lecture on the U.S. Constitution to be held at Shepherd. A discussion and reception will follow.
