London, July 26 -- Russia is considering a new law that would make hardcore punk style emo and goth music illegal, saying that they are "negative culture" which encourage depression, social withdrawal and even suicide.
Thesun.co.uk reports that legislation is now being created to regulate websites and have emo and goth fashion banned in schools and government buildings.
