The 7th AOCS Edible Oil Refining Short Course on Process Optimization, Equip- ment and Technology Selection, and On-Line Process Control was held on May 17-18, 2008, at the Washing- ton State Convention & Trade Cen- ter, Seattle, Washington, USA.
