West Rockhill has filed suit against the owner of an Old Mill Road scrap metal salvage business for breaching an agreement to restrict its operations.
Neighbors of Thomas Wilcox's auto salvage business have complained "on and off for about a year" about noise levels there early in the morning and throughout the weekend, township manager Greg Lippincott said.
