You don't really need recipes for grilled pizza, since it's so easy to invent your own -- but here are some recipes anyway.
All put the emphasis on vegetables and greens, so you can enjoy your pizza without feeling guilty.
The first recipe is from the new cookbook "Grilled Pizzas & Piadinas." Author and chef Craig W. Priebe owned a grilled pizza restaurant in Chicago for seven years. His recipes include seafood, meat, vegetable and even dessert pizzas, including a shrimp and pesto pizza that won an international competition in 1998.
