Here's an easy, fast dough for grilled pizza
You can use any pizza dough recipe for grilled pizza, as long as the dough can be stretched thin without tearing.
(Since the pizza will cook only a few minutes on the grill, the dough needs to be thin enough to cook through.)
Bread flour makes a strong dough, but you can also use all-purpose unbleached flour.
This recipe, which is adapted from one in face=+Italic; Fine Cookingface=-Italic; magazine, also adds a little whole wheat flour for flavor and chewiness, but you could use all white flour instead.
The instructions here call for a stand mixer, but you could also mix and knead the dough in a food processor or by hand.
