WASHINGTON -- The clubhouse televisions were tuned into ESPN and Phillies players definitely were paying close attention. Most everyone was more than curious Thursday to see what management would do to improve a first-place team before baseball's 4 p.m., non-waiver trade deadline.
"Did we do anything?" reliever J.C. Romero asked.
