The 95th Civil Affairs Brigade bid farewell to their old commander as they welcomed a new one during a change of command ceremony at Meadows Memorial Field August 1.
Col. Ferdinard Irizzary II passed command of the unit to Col. Michael J. Warmack. The 95th CA Bde. is the Army's only active-duty civil affairs unit.
