London, Aug. 3 -- American actress Lindsay Lohan and her British DJ girlfriend Sam Ronson have proved that they are very serious about each other, as the pair is planning to tie the knot soon.
The date for the wedding has not been set as yet, but it seems the couple will be exchanging vows at a private ceremony in LA later this year.
Lohan, 22, has been shopping for a white mini-dress for the occasion, and she has chosen a very bridal-looking one by Chanel, while Ronson, 30, joked that she'll wear a black groom-style suit complete with a top hat.
