ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 4 -- Michael Edward Prise of Kirkland, Wash., has developed a wireless network.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method and system of erasing at least part of the location information stored on a subscriber identity module of a mobile phone. The Subscriber Identifier Modules stores the most recently used service provider in its location information.
