Influencer: The Power to Change Anything is a satisfactory model of the ways in which one can bring about change in human behavior. Written by the authors of Crucial Conversations (QM] vol. 15, no. 1), a highly regarded best-selling book on influence and conflict resolution, their latest entry lacks the "oomph" of their previous work.
