The University of Delaware issued the following news release:
Researchers at the University of Delaware and 17 other institutions will continue avian influenza research under a $5 million dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service. The grant, to be spent over three years, renews the Avian Influenza Coordinated Agricultural Project (AICAP), a partnership between the University of Maryland College Park and 17 other leading institutions where avian influenza is being researched across the U.S., including UD.
