The University of Montana issued the following news release:
Annie Oakes, a graduate student in anthropology/cultural heritage at The University of Montana, has been awarded a $3,000 Susan Koch Library Research Scholarship.
Oakes is the seventh recipient of the competitive scholarship, which was started in 2002 to recognize outstanding research using archives, special collections, maps and other primary-source materials at UM's Maureen and Mike Mansfield Library.
