State capital hopes for lift from new tax credit, mixed-use projects
IT MAYBETHE SEAT of state government, but the city of Trenton these days is positioning itself to become home to major corporations. With the help of a key state incentive and several significant redevelopment projects, the city is hoping to bring large companies to town, along with newjobs, residents and revenue.
Trenton is banking on the $75 million renovation of its train station to help fuel its economic turnaround.
