Congressman Carney recently had the opportunity to visit the Department of Homeland Security Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) in Anniston, Alabama. As the chairman of House Committee on Homeland Security Subcommittee on Management, Investigations and Oversight, Congressman Carney conducted a site visit to CDP to view training offered by the federal government for first responders and also to see what more can be done to keep our communities and country safe from future catastrophes.
